Sallie brings a unique blend of coaching and psychotherapy to her work with clients. Why? Well sometimes we need to look more deeply at the beliefs and behaviours that can hold us back from where we aspire to be. If change was easy, we wouldn't need someone to support us. Prior to becoming a coach, Sallie worked in senior commercial leadership roles in a number of global communication businesses, where she instinctively developed a skill for coaching to deliver results for all stakeholders.
