Much of her client work is focused on exploring desired outcomes during transitional phases in their careers and lives, clarifying goals and aspirations before moving on to look at possibilities and potential changes that will enable progress towards their goals. <br /> <br /> Naheed has a Coaching certificate with an ICF accredited coach training provider and holds a MSc in Occupational Psychology.
