Jo Bower

I am an Associate ECC Coach and previously worked as a lawyer for 24 years, latterly as an Equity Partner in a large global firm. I benefitted from being coached as a leader and went into coaching as I am passionate about supporting leaders. I have first-hand experience of the culture and politics of large organisations and their many challenges. My coaching philosophy is to put people at the heart of leadership, supporting the emotional and psychological needs of leaders to be their best.
