I have been coaching for 20+ years in a variety of industries supporting clients to be successful and fulfilled in their work. I'm particularly experienced in the area of Gender Equity, challenging the stereotypes of how men and women leaders have been portrayed to date and helping individuals with their own leadership identity and vision. I use strengths based approaches to help coachee's gain new insights, plan experiment's and develop plans for positive change.
