Life is busy and it can be tough to stay true to your values and goals. As a transformational coach, I am committed to enable a safe and creative space to support you in your aspirations. My approach is based on awareness and intentionality. As well as being an ICF-accredited coach, I have 25 years’ experience in global Corporate Communications and have lived in three countries (UK, China and Thailand). I personally believe in the strength of collaboration, inclusion and sustainability.
